Our beloved friend and pastor Rev. A. Willms who has been in ill health for sometime and confined to his bed about three weeks with pneumonia died Saturday at the family home, at the age of about 60 years. His remains were taken to Buck Grove Wednesday and laid to rest by the side of his wife.

Rev. Albert Harm Willms died Sunday morning at his home south of town after an illness of acute hepatitis of inflammation of the liver, of about ten days duration, at the age of 59 years, 10 months and 23 days.

He is survived by his wife, eleven children, also one brother and seven sisters, who still reside in the Old Country, other relatives and a large number of friends.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, conducted by Rev. Koester, assisted by Rev. Miller of Parkersburg and Rev. A. Stern of Steamboat. Interment being at Buck Grove.--Aplington News
