Grace was born April 15, 1908, in Grundy County, Iowa, the daughter of Harry and Dora (Walterman) Wiltfang. On February 26, 1936, she was united in marriage to Fritz Hulseman at Salem Lutheran Church in Parkersburg. He died in October of 1989. She farmed with her husband in the Holland and Parkersburg area and later in the Dike area. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens.

Grace is survived by her son, Marlyn (Veronica) Hulseman of Cedar Falls; daughters, Dorothy (LaVerne) Seehusen of Dike, Linda (David) Dreyer of Parkersburg and Frances (Jay) Juchems of Steamboat Rock; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Grace died Monday, January 12, 2004, at the Western Home Communities-Martin Center in Cedar Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Harold L. in infancy and sister, Kate Wiltfang.
