Theodore E. Tapper Services Held
Services for Theodore E. Tapper, 71, of Mountain Home, AR, formerly of Waterloo, were held Monday afternoon at the Chapel of Memories, West, with burial in Stout Cemetery in Stout.
Howard Harris, retired pastor of Cornwall Free Methodist Church, Waterloo, officiated at the funeral.
Craig DeBerg sang "What God Hath Promised" and "God Loves Us." He was accompanied by organist Mrs. Marvin Graves.
Pallbearers included Harold Shirk, Robert Shirk, Richard Shirk, Harold Truax, John Temeyer and James Payne.
Mr. Tapper died October 5, at Baxter County Regional Hospital in Mountain Home.
He was born September 4, 1912, at Stout, son of Edward and Katherine DeKoff Tapper. He married Margaret Thorpe November 22, 1964, at Galina, IL.
He was a retired heavy construction equipment salesman in the Waterloo area.
Mr. Tapper is survived by his wife; a step-son, Phil Irwin of Waterloo; a step-daughter, Holly Umbarger of Fredonia, KS; a brother, Harvey Tapper of Dike; his step-mother Alice Tapper of Stout and 10 grandchildren.
