Rites Pending For Neola Beenken, 66

Mrs. Edward (Neola) Beenken, age 66, of 1114 9th St. NW, Waverly, and formerly of Grundy county, passed away Tuesday morning at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, where she had been a patient for ten days.

Neola N. Bloxham was born December 19, 1919, in Grundy county, the daughter of Fred and Rosa Ranger Bloxham. She was united in marriage to Edward G. Beenken on March 1, 1938, in Waterloo. For the past ten years they have lived in Waverly.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother in infancy.

She is survived by her husband, Edward; a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Sheryl Beenken of Waverly; one daughter, Susan Beenken of Farmington, MN; one granddaughter, Valorie; one sister, Mrs. Everett (Cora) Dufford of Shell Rock; and one brother, Roscoe (Jim) Bloxham of Arcata, CA.

Funeral services are pending at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly.
