Soren "Peanut" Johnson, for several years past an inmate of the county farm, coming there from the vicinity of Dike, died Sunday morning, and Tuesday his body was shipped to the University at Iowa City. Johnson was about 80 years of age and so far as known had no near relatives in this country. He was a native of Denmark, and for a number of years lived in the Dike neighborhood where he used to sell peanuts and he was nicknamed "Peanut" Johnson.
