Former Grundy Woman Dies in Minneapolis

The body of Mrs. Bert Colvin, a former resident of Grundy Center, was sent here for burial last Saturday.

Mrs. Colvin was 86 years old. She was twice married. Her first husband was Henry Brownell, an early resident of Grundy Center. Mr. Brownell is buried in the Grundy Center cemetery. The Brownells left here about 40 years ago. In late years Mrs. Colvin made her home with her son Bliss in Minneapolis, who accompanied the remains to Grundy Center. Mrs. Colvin is survived by one other son and a daughter. All three of the children were born in Grundy Center from the first marriage.
