Ackley--Services for Folkert Kuper, 83, who died Saturday at the Presbyterian Home, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Brandt-Fritz Funeral Home; burial in St. Peter's United Church of Christ Cemetery southeast of Ackley; survivors include his wife; a son, Harm of Ackley; three daughters, Mrs. Harold Harken, Mrs. Albert Bissell and Mrs. Dale Dennis, all of Ackley; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John of Ackley and Casper of Belmond; and a sister, Mrs. Ella Fessler of Kensington, Kan.
