Bristow--Mrs. Ben Van Heiden, 36, Sunday night at her farm home five and a half miles north of Bristow; nee Anna Harken, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. U. Harken, Oct. 28, 1911; married to Ben Van Heiden Nov. 1, 1930; member of the First Reformed church of Bristow; leaves husband, four children: Jeanette, 16; Luverne, 12; Jerald, four, and Richard, two; five sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Harm Rops, Allison; Mrs. Herman Steege, Parkersburg; Abbo Harken, Clarksville; Mrs. Harold Freeseman, Parkersburg; Jake Harken, Cedar Falls; Arend Harken, New Hartford; Mrs. Hilmer Pruisner, Cedar Falls; Mrs. Jack L. Meyer, Aplington; her father, C. U. Harken, Aplington; mother preceded her, as did two brothers in infancy.
