Douglas M. Ladd, 64, of Reinbeck, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to family.

Douglas Milan was born April 30, 1951 in Iowa City, Iowa the son of Charles and Arlene (House) Ladd. He was raised in the Waterloo and Reinbeck area and attended Reinbeck schools.

Douglas had worked for Millard Janitorial Services for many years.

Doug enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.

He is survived by his sisters, Enez Rush, Zatha "Tudy" (George) Brubaker, Ercell "Marie" (Randy) Witzel all of Reinbeck and Zelda Studebaker of Jesup; sister-in-law Beverly Ladd of Reinbeck and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wayne, Bill, Charlie and Harry; sisters, Norma Scott and Wanda Studyvin; brothers-in-law, Pat Rush, Rick Studebaker, Lyle Scott and Gary Steinbron.
