Geo. Hendershot, aged Conrad man, passed away Wednesday shortly before noon at the Iowa City hospital. He is survived by two sons, Will, Conrad; Calvin, Berkley, Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. A. E. Simms, of Omaha, and three grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death in January, 1931.

He had made his home in Conrad for the past several years, and at one time was the section foreman here. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church Friday afternoon, and burial in the Conrad cemetery.
