Former Dike Woman Dies At Fairmont, Minn.

Mrs. Ed Madsen, formerly of Dike, died at the hospital at Fairmont, Minn., last Thursday. She had been sick several months with anemia. The body was brought to Fredsville Sunday where funeral services were held in the Fredsville church Sunday afternoon with the local pastor, Rev. Stockholm, in charge.

Mrs. Madsen, whose maiden name was Henningsen, was born and grew to womanhood in northeast Grundy. She is survived by her husband and three children. The family have been making their home at Fox Lake, Minn. There are two brothers, Herman Henningsen from Dike and Lars Henningsen from Clear Lake. There is one surviving sister, Mrs. Louis Hansen from Dike.
