L. L. Taylor died at LeGrande Saturday evening of a stroke. He moved from here 30 years ago. He was a carpenter here at that time. He was 84 years old. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. from his home and burial here in Oakland cemetery where they have a daughter buried. Clinton Taylor from Marshalltown came up to make all arrangements. Lena Taylor will be remembered by all here as she taught in the school for many years.
