Death of Mrs. F. O. Fannon

Mrs. F. O. Fannon died at her home in Centralia, Illinois, Tuesday morning. For more than a year she was a sufferer from cancer of the stomach. She was bedfast about two months. The remains were sent to this city and they reached here this forenoon and were taken to the home of W. D. Wilson. A short service is being held at the house this afternoon following which interment will be made in the Alice cemetery.

Mrs. Fannon's maiden name was Luella Kepford, and for many years prior to her marriage she resided near Alice in this county. During the past twelve years she lived at Centralia.

Mrs. Fannon was fifty-one years old. She is survived by her husband, two sons, by her father, D. Kepford and by four sisters. The sisters are Mrs. J. H. Kline of Topeka, Kansas, Mrs. Emma Watts from Walldeck, Sask., Mrs. W. D. Wilson of this city and Mrs. A. L. Ricker of Grinnell. Mrs. Kline and the Ricker family are here at the funeral. Mrs. W. D. Wilson who was at the bedside of her sister for several weeks and Mr. Fannon and sons accompanied the remains here.
