Ellen Janette, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. Meester, of Colfax township, died last Thursday after an illness of twelve weeks. Funeral services were held at the home Saturday and about five hundred relatives and friends of the family attended. The services were conducted by Rev. J. E. Drake. Burial was in the Drake church cemetery. Ellen was two years and five months old. The Meester family have the sympathy of the entire community in the loss of their beloved one.
