Dies at County Home

George Shoemaker died at the county farm early Sunday morning. Death followed a stroke of paralysis about two months ago.

Funeral services were held at the Coffman undertaking parlors Monday afternoon. The services were in charge of Rev. L. P. Cassel.

Mr. Shoemaker was sixty years old. He was born in Reinbeck and lived there until two and a half years ago, when he came to make his home at the county farm. He was married four times. Two of his wives are dead. There are three surviving daughters, the youngest of whom is eleven years old.
