Boy Dies of Croup

Willie, the 9-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hanisch, died at the farm home of his parents near Greene, Butler county, Saturday evening of croup.

The little boy had recently suffered a severe attack of the la grippe from which he had not fully recovered when stricken with the croup. His death was very sudden and unexpected.

Requiem mass was sung at St. Mary's church at Greene, Tuesday at 10 o'clock and the body was brought to Grundy Center where further services were held and burial took place Tuesday afternoon.

The little boy was a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Baldwin, of this place. Surviving the boy are his parents, three brothers and one sister.

Mr. and Mrs. Hanisch formerly lived in this vicinity.
