Obituary Charles Stull

Charles Humphrey Stull, son of Jacob and Eleanor R. Stull was born near Beaman, Iowa, on October 22nd, 1882, and died at his home near Conrad, Iowa, Sunday afternoon, Sept. 19th, 1926, aged 43 years, 10 months and 27 days.

On February 10th, 1909, he was united in marriage to Bessie L. Lynch, of Green Mountain. To this union were born three children: Nina R., Wayne J. and Myrl L.

The first home of Mr. and Mrs. Stull was at Green Mountain, where they resided until 1916, when they moved to a farm near Beaman. In 1919 they moved to their present home.

The deceased had been in poor health for some time although his condition was more favorable of late. The end coming so suddenly was a great shock to family and friends. He was a faithful husband, a kind and loving father, and loyal to his home and friends.

Charlie was the type of character whose absence will be deeply felt in the communities where he has resided.

He is survived by his widow, three children, mother, one sister, four brothers, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services were held at the home on Wednesday, September 22nd, at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. E. E. Clements, of Conrad. Brothers and nephews acted as pall bearers, the flowers were cared for by nieces and sisters, and the male quartet of Beaman sang.

Relatives in attendance from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Stull and daughter, of Dell Rapids, So. Dak.; Mrs. John Stull, Osceola; Mr. and Mrs. J. Rosinick; Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Prin J. C. Coldren of Broadhead, Wis.; and Mrs. Ross Andrews and May Clarke Lyman, of Juda, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Stewart, of Clarion.

Burial was in Oakland cemetery, at Beaman.
