Former Grundy Man Dies at Dexter
Estert DeBoer died at his home near Dexter, Minn. on Monday morning from pneumonia. The remains were sent to Stout and arrived there Wednesday morning. They were taken to the Limberg home in the country where funeral services conducted by Rev. Reeverts were held Wednesday afternoon.
Mr. DeBoer was 24 years old. He was a son of Jacob DeBoer, of Grundy Center. He was born and raised in this county and lived here until seven years ago when he moved to Dexter, Minn., where he has been living on a farm.
The deceased was married to Miss Limberg, of Beaver township, about twelve years ago. He is survived by his wife and three children.

Esterd DeBoer, second son of Mr. Jacob DeBoer, of this city, was born in Lincoln township April 10, 1890, and passed away at his home at Dexter, Minn., last Monday, May 19, 1924, at the age of 34 years, 1 month and 9 days, with a lingering sickness of several years.
He spent the greater part of his childhood days in the vicinity of Stout. In 1910 he was united in marriage to Miss Annie Lindberg. To this union were born five children, the oldest having died in infancy and the youngest being but three days old at the time of the funeral of its father.
The year following their marriage they moved to Dexter, Minn., where they lived ever since. The remains were brought to Stout last Wednesday.
Funeral services were held in the Reformed church, conducted by Rev. Reeverts. Interment was in the Stout cemetery beside his little son, mother, sister and one brother, who preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his sad departure his wife and four small children, his father, step-mother, two sisters, three brothers and many other relatives and friends.
