Eating Prunes Kills Child

Helen, the four-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Nielsen, residents of Grant township, died the first of the week from intestinal trouble, supposed to have been caused from eating a pound of raw prunes.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at the home and the child was buried in the Fredsville cemetery.

The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Nielsen died Monday evening after a several weeks' illness with intestinal trouble. A trained nurse had been helping care for her.
