Funeral Services Saturday For Mrs. Nate Jaspers

Funeral services for Mrs. Nate Jaspers were held at the Coffman funeral home Saturday afternoon. The services were conducted by Rev. Green, pastor of the Grundy Methodist church. Burial was by the side of her parents in the Morrison cemetery.

Mrs. Jaspers' maiden name was Goldie Thomas. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Thomas. She was born at Morrison and she grew up there. After completing her education she took a position as teacher in the Wellsburg school. While there she met and later married Nate Jaspers. The couple moved to a farm near Mountain Lake, Minn., where they resided until they moved to the town of Clinton, Minn.

Mrs. Jaspers was 57 years old. She was married in 1911. She was afflicted with high blood pressure which resulted in her death. The couple had one daughter, Thelma, who died a year and a half ago.

Preceding her in death in addition to the parents was one sister, Mrs. George Canfield.
