Beverly Joan Nederhoff, 76, of Holland, died Saturday, Oct. 4, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids.

She was born Sept. 3, 1932, in Grundy County, daughter of Paul and Germa Rhodes Bantz. On March 18, 1953, she married Arthur Lee Nederhoff in Wellsburg. He died April 20, 2001.

Mrs. Nederhoff graduated from Wellsburg High School in 1950, then attended business school in Des Moines for two years. She operated a traveling macrame business that took her to the surrounding states and was a member of the New Hope Fellowship Church, Holland.

Survived by: three sons, Wayne of Shellsburg, Steven (Patricia) of Marshalltown and Ray (Grace) of Cedar Rapids; a daughter, Susan (Tom) Shafer of Grundy Center; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: a brother, Robert Bantz.

Services: were 10:30 a.m. today at New Hope Fellowship, Holland, with burial in Holland Cemetery. Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home, Grundy Center, is in charge of arrangements.
