Henry Behrends, Jr., Dies At Cedar Rapids Home

Henry Berends, Jr., 47, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Berends, Sr., of Cedar Rapids, passed away at that city Saturday, January 6, and funeral services was held on Monday. Mr. Berends was born and raised in this community and was well known to most of our people. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife and two children, his aged parents, two brothers and two sisters and numerous other relatives, as well as a host of friends.

Attending the funeral from this community were Mr. and Mrs. Odie Olthoff, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Paterni and Else Berends.
