Henry Weitkamp's Sister Dies in Texas

Henry Weitkamp and Ben Hoekstra left last week to attend funeral services for their sister and sister-in-law respectively, Mrs. Walter Hoekstra formerly Ida Weitkamp of Mission, Texas. Mrs. Hoekstra died Thursday night of a fatal heart attack. She had previously suffered a number of heart attacks. Funeral services were held Monday.

Survivors are the husband, two sons of Mission and five grandsons. Three brothers who survive are Herman of Powell, Wyoming; Henry of Wellsburg and Will of Tulelake, California. There is also one step sister. Mrs. Hoekstra was in her early sixties at the time of her death.

Mr. Weitkamp and Mr. Hoekstra plan to return home Thursday from Texas.
