GRUNDY CENTER- William G. Strack, 71, attorney here for 40 years died Sunday of a heart attack suffered in a boat on Leech Lake, Minnesota, where he was vacationing.

He leaves widow, a daughter, Mrs. Glen Clark, Riverside, California; and two sons, Miller, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and Colburn, Grundy Center. The body is being returned to the Ferree Funeral Home here pending arrangements.
