Edze B. Aukes and Family, German Township. Mr. Aukes born in Ost Friesland, Germany, Oct. 9, 1802. Mrs. Aukes in Ost Friesland, Germany, Nov. 1, 1812. He died in 1871; she in 1894. She settled in Grundy County in 1881. Parents of D. E. Aukes.
