Oldie Nederhoff of Wellsburg, was in town last week and favored the Republican with a call. He settled in this county thirty-three years ago and bought a nice tract of land for three dollars an acre which today will sell for fifty dollars an acre if not more. Mr. Nederhoff is a thrifty German and has done his share toward developing Grundy county and is entitled to take a well earned rest.
