The VanVoorhis family had a picnic and reunion on the Iowa River near the mill Saturday. There were present C. S. VanVoorhis and family, S. W. VanVoorhis and family, E. L. Lemert and family, of Marshall county, and W. O. VanVoorhis of Grundy County. There were present thirty-six representatives of the family and they had a most enjoyable time.--Eldora Herald
