Melrose and Western Palermo.

Andy Wilder gets to the front since the arrival of those twin boys.

J. M. Reynolds accompanied his daughter Miss Rose as far as Tama City last week.

Mrs. Jack Beal has been very sick for some time past, and for a while her friends feared she was loosing her mind but she is now slowly recovering and has now gone away for a change of air and medical aid.

Miss Gracie Sprague has gone to Illinois on a six weeks visit.

Mr. Geo. Haskin and family are in Dakota visiting his sister Clara.

Mr. J. McLung enjoyed a visit from his sister and family of Traer, over Sunday.

John Otto and family have returned to their home in Oregon.

Miss Rose Reynolds visited two days in Dixon with Mrs. Joe Tyler enroute from Bloomington, Illinois.

Mr. Ira Stafford has returned from his western trip.

Mr. Dan Otto, of Calhoun county, visited his sister Mrs. Clinite, recently.
