A farewell party was held at the Joe Miller home near Morrison in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Innes, who will move to Amity, near which place they will make their home on a farm.

Mr. and Mrs. John Lindaman, who were recently married will make their home on a farm near Buck Grove. Mrs. Lindaman was formerly Margaret Beving of Wellsburg.

Tuesday evening at the home of County Treasurer J. Pepperman and wife occurred the marriage of their daughter, Mrs. Maud Murray, to W. R. Balden. Rev. Mr. Krome officiated. Mrs. Murray has been librarian for several years and Mr. Balden is a druggist connected with the Ladage Drug Co. of this city.

At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace in Beaman, Thursday, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Hazel, to Charles Whorrall, also of Beaman. Rev. Mr. James officiated. On March 1, the young people will make their home on a farm north of Beaman.

The Gus Siefken family has moved to White, S. D., near which place they will make their home on one of the Siefken farms.

Relatives and friends here have received word that Fred Siems, who formerly lived in this county, died Saturday at his home in Ceylon, Minn.

Abe Strickler has sold his house in Conrad to Dr. York. The Strickler family will make their home on a farm near Colo, Ia.

Cal Crouse had a fine sale on his farm near Conrad, which netted $13,000. The Crouse family will move to Conrad, where they will make their home.
