Denny died Thursday in Des Moines. Funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson , burial Junction Township Cemetery. Visitation at Hastings Monday after 1 p.m. with his family present from 6 to 8 p.m.
He survived by sons Dennis Dean and Tony Allen both of Tucson, AZ and daughter Melissa Jafvert of Ft. Dodge, step daughters Brenda Becker of Tucson and Nicki Hall of Ankeny, four grandchildren, brother Lloyd Smith, sisters Colleen Anderson, and Gail Hicks all of Rippey, and Donna Schofield of Churdan.
