The Committee on Corpses reported in favor of the following application for special disinterment permit and the secretary was ordered to issue the permit accordingly:

Francis Heary Towers, 3 years, Diphtheria, 1873, from a private grave in Highland twp., Green co., to the Churdan town cemetery. To be removed by private conveyance.
