GREGORY - death certificate

A Nancy J. Gregory shows up in the Fremont Cemetery records, simply as 1848-May 6, 1887. I understand that death certificates would be recorded for this time period.

Can anyone tell me what information would be on those records? I am trying to connect the family dots.

Also, it is my understanding that Hamilton A. Gregory, her husband died in Sidney, Fremont; however, he doesn't show up in the cemetery records and I have yet to confirm that this is where he did die.

Does anyone know of another site that may have this data? He was still alive in 1900.
