Case, Father of Bandleader, Dies

Jess A. Case, 76, father of Bandleader Russ Case, died Wednesday.

Russ Case had flown here from New York City last weekend to visit his father.

A retired farmer, the elder Case for many years was a rural mail carrier. He once was cited as the only rural carrier who delivered mail in three states - Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri.
