The sad news of the death of Mrs. Lydia Perkins was received here last Wednesday, her death occurring at her home in Winner, South Dakota. Burial was made there Friday.

Lydia Harriett Coster was born August 10, 1871 to Robert Hugleton Coster and Orissa Ethelinda (Harrington) Coster.

Lydia married William Edward Perkins on December 25, 1895 at Bartlett (Fremont County), Iowa. The following children were born to this union: Leah (Mrs. Clarence McDonough; Vivian Perkins; Julia Ruby Perkins; Greata Perkins; and Edward Perkins.
