dated April 25, 1974:Services for Clarence LaVerne Van Scyoc, 88, of Tabor, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Crawford-Reeves Funeral Home at Tabor.
The Rev. Don Ludwick and the Rev. Irving Mitchell will officiate. Interment will be at the Tabor Cemetery.
Van Scyoc died Tuesday at a Hamburg hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Fremont County and a former farmer and trucker.
Survivors include four sons, Clyde and Madison, both of Thurman, Lyle of Tabor and Gerald of Randolph; five daughters, Mrs. Freda Chambers of Thurman, Mrs. Bernadine Shannon of Sidney, and Mrs. Wilma Earton, Mrs. Norma Clapper and Mrs. Wava Trively, all of Tabor; 22 grandchildren; and a half-brother, Earl Clapper of Pacific Junction.
