Mrs. William Eyler, who had been ill or several weeks, passed away in her home Wednesday morning. She was 79 years of age, and is survived by her husband and three sons, Daniel, Fay and Gay, all of Bartlett, and seven grandchildren; also several great grandchildren. The funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the home with burial in the Thurman cemetery. Mrs. Eyler before her marriage was Julia Coster. She had resided in this locality practically all her life and was a good mother and neighbor, all will be greatly missed among her family and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Eyler were held Friday afternoon in the home, conducted by Rev. Paul Hanson of Thurman. The following obituary was read:

Julia E. Coster, eldest child of Robert and Orrissa Coster, was born February 14, 1861, and passed away October 5, 1938, being 77 years, seven months and 22 days old. At the age of 14 she joined the Latter Day Saints church and lived a faithful member all her life. She is survived by her husband, three sons, Dee, Fay and Gay, all of Bartlett; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

The pallbearers were Gayle Eyler, Harold Moeckel, Jay Gregg, Everett Woods, Kelso Fenderson and Tommy Hill. The flower girls were Opal Wiles, Helen Moeckel, Alma Moeckel and Jessica Robertson.

Burial was made in the Thurman cemetery. Mrs. Eyler was born within two miles of Bartlett and lived here practically all of her life, having resided in Nebraska for a short time soon after they were married.
