PAGE COUNTY, IOWA, MARRIAGE RECORDS: Robert J. Ripley married Jennie Adams:

Their daughter Mary E., 31; married August B. Woelhof, 31, of Shenandoah, son of Henry Woelhof; married on Nov. 6, 1901 in Shenandoah.

N.B.: Other sources I have for this marriage says they were married on Nov. 6, 1902. This causes me to wonder if I mis-copied the date here. Dr. Samuel Ripley was the first doctor, one of earliest settlers, on Walnut Creek in Walnut township, Fremont county.--W.F.
