Guldberg Peter Ove 1870-1909
Hampton. Peter O. Guldberg, of Latimer, died at his home in that city from injuries received in an accident one week previous. He was operating a threshing outfit on the W. F. Harriman farm. In some manner he got his right hand caught in one of the chain belts. A physician was immediately called and attended to the injuries, but blood poison set in and his arm was amputated below the elbow, and later it was taken off just below the shoulder, but it was more than his vitality could stand.
