Mrs. Sophia Kibsgaard , age seventy-eight, passed away Saturday evening at her home, in Coulter.
Funeral services will be held this afternoon, Tuesday, at 1:30 o'clock at the John Kibsgaard home in Coulter, with the Johnson Funeral Home, in charge, and at 2:00 o'clock at St. John's Lutheran Church, southwest of Hampton. Rev. Gudmund Petersen, pastor of the church, will be in charge of the final rites and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Kibsgaard was born March 27, 1873, in Denmark.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1948.
Three children survive

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Nels Hansen, of Hampton, Mrs. Harold Bensen, of Dumont, and Mrs. Ike Olk, of Sheffield, and six sons, Alfred Kibsgaard and John Kibsgaard of Coulter, Oscar Kibsgaard of Hampton, Carl Kibsgaard of Minneapolis, Minn., Viggo Kibsgaard of Ottawa, Ohio and Harold Kibsgaard of Burlington
