Agnes Hansen, 85, of Coulter, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 1998, at the United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today, Jan. 6, 1998, at the St. John's Lutheran Church, rural Hampton, with Rev. Louise Stromberg officiating. Burial will be in the church's cemetery. Siesta-Vogel Funeral Home, Hampton, is in charge of arrangements.

Agnes was born March 5, 1912, near Tyler, Minn., daughter of Lars Duus and Lena Christensen. She was educated in rural Tyler country schools.

She married N. Herluf Hansen on Nov. 14, 1943, in Tyler. She was a homemaker; a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church and St. John's Ladies Aid Club; and a member of the Coulter Community Club.

She is survived by a son, Eldon Hansen of Anoka, Minn.; a daughter, Carole (Mrs. George) Main of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.; a brother, Elmer Duus of Springfield, Minn.; 10 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and a sister.
