Orrin Olmstead, age 86 years, died Sunday, June 12, at his home in Hampton from complications due to advanced age. He had been in poor health for several years.

Funeral services were in Hampton Tuesday afternoon and burial was in Ackley cemetery beside his wife, who died six years ago.

Mr. Olmstead, three brothers and their father served together in the civil war.
