Mr. J.S. Nye, SR, received a telegram Tuesday from E.J. Stonebreaker of Hampton, stating that one of his children, a little boy six years old died that morning of diphtheria. Mrs. Stonebreaker is a sister of Mr. Nye's. They have another child quite sick.
