ROCKFORD, IOWA - Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Rockford Methodist Church for Bernard Hiram Losee, 57, who died Sunday night at his home here.

Burial will be in Riverside cemetery at Rockford.

Bernard was born March 21, 1893, at Rudd, the son of Frederick and Alta Dean Losee, and spent his childhood and school days at Marble Rock.

On Nov. 12, 1928, he was married to the former Gertrude Golly. They lived in Rockford the last 15 years. He had been employed at the Rockford Brick and Tile Co.

He leaves widow and the following children: Paul Losee, Waterloo; Bernard Losee in California; Donna, Raymond, Twyla, Beverly, Burton, and Louise all of Rockford; his mother, Mrs. Alta Losee, Rockwell and two sisters, Mrs. Alva Patten, Clear Lake, and Mrs. Don Lines, Marble Rock; a brother, Lyndon Losee, Rockwell, and two grandchildren.
