Wrank Losee passes Away -

A shadow was cast over the Thanksgiving holiday for several families, by death of Wrank Losee, who passed away at the home at Floyd at five o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Losee was 40 years of age, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sheridan Losee of this place.

Mrs. Losee was formerly Dora Kingsbury of Rudd. A brother, Wrate Losee, survives him, besides other relatives. Mr. Losee has been an invalid practically all his life, he attended the Marble Rock schools as long as his health would permit, also church and Sabbath school.

He was a member of the Marble Rock Methodist church and led an exemplary Christian life, patient and uncomplaining. A few years ago his mother passed away -this was a hard blow, as, owing to ill health Wrank's life was home-centered, but his father's devotion to him was beautiful, but he too was called in death. Since then it has been Wrank's often-expressed wish that he could join his father and mother, and on Wednesday evening the summons came.

Funeral services were held in the Marble Rock Methodist church on Friday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Frederick Thiel. "Jesus is Mine" and "Beautiful Isle" were sung by Mayne Spaulding, accompanied by Eloise Bullemer. The casket bearers were Walter Maxson, Dale Winfield, Verne Losee, Charles Foutz, Cliff Reed and Will Boom. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery at this place.
