A. C. Mitchell, who lives at Rockford, fell from a windmill on the 2d, near Dougherty, and as a result died early the next morning, Mr. Mitchell was at a farm near Dougherty repairing the mill and after he had finished his work he started to come down. While descending a cleet to the ladder broke and he was precipitated to the ground, a distance of thirty-five feet.
