Michelle Messer

Michelle Lynne (Usher) Messer, 48 lost a long battle to cancer on March 22, 2107.

She was born to Renee and Mayetta (Lesnick) Usher in Charles City, Iowa. She graduated from Charles City High School in 1986. She then moved to Des Moines where she attended Grand View College.

She married Mick Messer on July 17, 1999 and to this union one son, Jonathan was born. Those left to mourn her passing are her husband Mick; son Jonathan; her parents; one sister Mary (Joshua) Viers; her father and mother in law Richard and Shirley Messer; sister in law Vicky Messer; brother in law, Rickey Messer; also, Judy Messer; plus numerous nieces; nephews; uncles; aunts and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; brother Mark and her nephew Roy Messer in infancy. Michelle was a member of The Union Park Grace Fellowship Church. Cremation Society of Iowa assisted with a simple cremation. Please contact the family for further information.
