Donna M. Ollendick, 71, of Lime Springs, Iowa passed away on March 27, 2017 at Gunderson Health System, WI.

Donna Mae Hyberger was born December 11, 1945 to Leo and Irene (Drtina) Hyberger in Charles City, Iowa. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1964. On August 7, 1965 Donna married her high school sweetheart Kenny Ollendick at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Being around children gave Donna great joy; she enjoyed her time as a mother, grandmother, and a daycare provider. She liked gambling with her husband and best friend Lavonne and Duane, and also finding treasures at garage sales with her sister Sharon. Donna loved being on the farm where she would garden, play with her dogs Bo and Rudy, and socialize with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Kenny of Lime Springs, IA; children: Debbie (Dennis) Korsmo of Sergeant Bluff, IA, Dan (Janice) Ollendick of Cresco, IA, Dave (Heather) Ollendick of Lime Springs, IA, Duane (Heather Alsdorf) Ollendick of Charles City, IA, and Darrin (Laura) Ollendick of Lime Springs, IA; grandchildren: Logan (Mandy) Korsmo, Jessica (Dakota) Linafelter, Ty (Jenn) Burke, Afton (Paul) Fisk, Tannor (Jess) Burke, Jonathan Berland, Michael Ollendick, Olivia Ollendick, Erica Ollendick, Jordan Ollendick, Jacob Ollendick, Jasmin Ollendick, Cameron Ollendick, Aspen Ollendick, and Philipp Bock; and great-grandchildren: Kenley, Maverick, Emerson, Elin, Campbell, Oaklee, Etta, and Braxton; brother Bob (Janel) Hyberger of Fort Meyers, FL; and her sisters Jean Burr of Janesville, Iowa, and Sharon Shaffer of St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, grandsons Devin Korsmo and Adam Burke, and a brother-in-law Bob Burr.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 1, 2017 at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Cresco, IA with Father Dennis Cain officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Cresco, IA. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday March 31, at Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home in Cresco. Visitation will continue an hour prior to the time of service Saturday at the church.
