ALMA, WISCONSIN -- Richard Lowell Seiberling, 81, Alma, Wisconsin, formerly of Nora Springs, Iowa, died Saturday, January 28, 2017, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Wabasha, Minnesota.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2017, at St. John Lutheran Church in Alma, Wisconsin with Pastor Joel Bacon officiating. Burial will follow at the Tell Cemetery, Town of Alma, Buffalo County, Wisconsin. A visitation will be held on Friday from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service at the church.

Talbot Family Funeral Home, Alma, Wisconsin, is in charge of arrangements.
