Olia Lee Stewart, 57, of Charles City passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 11:29 a.m., at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2016 with a Scripture Service held at 4:00 p.m at Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City. Cremation will take place following the visitation.

Olia Lee Stewart, the daughter of Leeander Collins, Sr. and Olia Mae Stewart, was born on August 9, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Phillips High School in Chicago, Illinois and continued her education at Kennedy King Community College in Chicago. Olia Lee was a Prayer Warrior who loved God.

Roger Reed and Olia Lee Stewart were married in Chicago, Illinois, and then later divorced. She enjoyed doing her nails, scary movies, puzzles, crosswords, Solitaire, music (Old Dusty), and dancing. Olia Lee is remembered for her cooking, baking, and traveling. Above all she cherished any time spent with her family.

Living family members include her mother, Olia Mae Stewart of Chicago, Illinois; step-dad, Leeander Collins, Sr.; brother, Leeander (Raitiesia) Collins, Jr.; two aunts: Sheron and Bertha Stewart; two uncles: James Stewart and Junior; two nephews: Sincere and Malachi Collins; and one niece, Tuezdae Collins.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Roger Reed; two uncles: Marvin and Terry Stewart; and a good friend, Samantha Williams.
