Sandy Lynn Groen, 18, of Nashua, died Tuesday, June 11, 1996, from injuries suffered in a one-car accident west of Nashua.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church with the Rev. Raymond Ehlers officiating. Burial will be at Sunnyside Memory Gardens near Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Chenoweth and Son Funeral Home, and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Memorials may be directed to the family in Sandy's name.

Sandy Lynn Groen was born June 14, 1977, in Charles City.

Survivors include her parents, Larry and Linda (Sinnwell) Groen of Nashua; one brother, Steven Groen of San Diego, California; one sister, Suzette Duryee of Marble Rock; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Madelyn Groen of Nashua; and maternal grandmother, Marie Sinnwell of Nashua.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather.
